We are pleased to offer electronic scheduling as a convenience for our patients. In order to proceed with online scheduling, you must agree to the following:
- Cosmetic consultation fees (for applicable appointment types) are collected upon appointment scheduling confirmation.
- For medical (non-cosmetic) appointments, you have previously confirmed our participation with your insurance plan.
- You consent to possible SMS communication/reminders with us for your appointments.
- We will contact you to confirm the details of your appointment. If we are unable to reach you within 72 business hours, your appointment request will be cancelled.
