Dr. Joseph and her staff have consistently been professional competent and warm & personable. They all share the ability to listen and personalize/customize the needs and questions. My surgery took place at a hospital and Dr. Joseph set a tone for the experience to be as if I were in the hands of a caring family member. Follow up appointments were thorough and personalized. It would be a blessing to the medical field if all doctors shared this patient care. The surgery itself was successful and the fact that Dr Joseph took thought and time being sure that the incisions were in the best location to look as natural as possible.
